marketing mixers

Hello friends.
I would like to ask your oppinion about one phenomenon in the marketing world, thoughts about don`t give leave me.
I observe the tendency of starting projects in online marketplace which give to big companies and freelancers work together directly. I think it`s very interesting and exellent idea for the client end executor side. But whether we pass to a new stage of existence of advertising agencies? May be it will be much more favourably to have online office in the future?

Not sure this is a simple one to answer. Basically, things work better when there's a team dynamic involved. We've done campaigns across the world with individuals working over email, however there's no real business benefit for the people putting the ideas together to be working together alongside each other.

The whites of their eyes, the feedback, the humour and sheer spontaneity is lost in an online world, especially when some of the most dynamic and creative people I know don't have the skill to articulate in words or, they hold back when they can't feel the surroundings and feedback.

I'd be happy if things did go online, it would make my business far more profitable, plus I'm one of the lucky ones who could do the job equally well face-to-face or online. However, this isn't for everyone Video conferencing never did take off, just like telecommuting. All these concepts have their place but the idea that society will be stripped further of human interaction doesn't bear thinking about.

Great idea, though it wouldn't work too well in the real world.
