1. Quality content
2. Regular post
3. Reply regularly
4. Be interesting

Do you have companies on twitter!? I am undertaking a dissertation at the moment regarding marketing via social networking systems, can anybody give me any good areas for litrature... for example online or printed journals, textbooks (in which would have to be new due to the novilty of the topic), paper articles or websites etc...

Loving the subject and marketing however, it seems to be such a mixed response i cant seem to take direction on the argument, could any one suggest it has increased their business as a result of utilising social media sites ?!
